SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

WE OFFER:

- Free shipping on orders over $5.00

- Same day shipping for orders placed by 2:00PM EST,  Monday through Friday

- E-mailed Tracking number at 6:00PM EST on the day your package is shipped

BASICS:

An $11.95 shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders under $5.00.  Orders over 12oz will ship via FedEx Ground, while orders under 12 oz will ship via USPS First Class Mail. For your security, we only ship to the billing address associated with your credit card for orders over $250.  We only ship to the 48 contiguous states, which means we can’t ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or abroad. Additionally, we unfortunately cannot ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes. Accidental orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

RETURNS OR REFUNDS

We handle returns and refunds on a case by case basis, our customer service team carefully reviewing each situation before making a determination.

If there was something wrong on our end, such as a damaged part being shipped or an incorrect description on our website, AND its reported within ten days of delivery, we’ll foot the bill to get the order back and ship you the correct item.

In any other case, we’ll work with you to resolve the issues you may have. If you report the issue within 30 days, we’ll issue a refund or a replacement without charging a restocking fee, though shipping may still apply. If you report the issue to us between 31 and 60 days of delivery, we’ll charge a 10% restocking fee. Unfortunately, if you run into an issue after the 60 day mark, we won’t be able to accept a return.

In some cases, we may charge a $13.95 shipping fee per package. We’ll do our best to ship everything to you in one package, but, in some cases, we may be forced to ship your order in more than one package. Despite that, all returns MUST be shipped back to us in the original packaging, and must be in the same condition you first received them.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All items come with a 90 day warranty against manufacturer's defects, things like water penetration or discoloration of the lens. The warranty will only be honored if the item is not damaged or modified, and does not cover items made of rubber, such as seals and gaskets. It will cover shipping expenses for 30 days from the date the item was received, but, after 30 days, you, the buyer, are responsible for shipping expenses both ways.

This warranty ONLY covers the replacement or repair of the item. This warranty DOES NOT cover ANY EXPENSE associated with making the claim such as installation, towing, or SHIPPING COSTS. We reserve the right to refund the original purchase price of the product if a reasonable solution cannot be developed.

  • Our warranty is valid for one replacement of each item.

  • We always require pictures to process warranty claims.

EXTEND YOUR WARRANTY

In addition to the standard 90 day limited warranty, we offer an extended warranty option on select items, available at checkout. This Peace of Mind warranty covers your headlights for 10 million miles, which is far longer than the expected life span of the headlights.
