Program Details:

All lights will be inspected within 72 hours of arrival at Headlights.com warehouse, and refund checks will be sent via US Mail within 14 business days to the address provided on the rebate form for all qualified submissions. Electronic payments are not supported currently.

There are a few conditions that must be met to receive a refund – I know, it hurts me too.

• Headlights must be original OEM equipment - aftermarket replacement lights are not accepted.
• Headlights must be intact, and free of any structural or lens damage, broken tabs, or moisture damage.
• Lens scratches and scuffs MAY be acceptable – please send pictures with your form submission for confirmation before sending in lights.
• Please use your Headlights.com packaging to carefully re-package, and use the provided shipping label.
• We reserve the right to reject any submissions at our sole discretion. Return shipping is available for $25.
